ATTENTION Due to COVID issues a number of our groups are unable to meet at this time. We do have groups meeting in South Wichita (Grace Baptist Church 1414 W Pawnee) on the 1st & 3rd Mondays at 7 PM. and Central Wichita (RiverWalk Church of Christ 225 N Waco) on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 10 AM Our East Wichita Group and Survivors of Suicide Loss Group are currently meeting by ZOOM. More information about meetings can be found on the Schedule of Events page. Thank you for your patience. Hopefully we can resume normal meetings early 2021

Outreach ProgramsWidowed Support Who are we?Good Grief of Kansas is a self-help nonprofit organization founded in 1993. It is a local bereavement program recognized with national awards as well as the Governor of Kansas has given special recognition to Good Grief for its many achievements on behalf of those who grieve. What do we do?Good Grief of Kansas provides support services to bereaved men and women as they journey through grief into a new life without their loved one. Good Grief support services are available in Derby and throughout Wichita. There is no charge for support services. Donations are accepted. Karen D. Austin shares the Good Grief story in“The Generation Above Me”. |
